Bad customer service. I placed order on 8/19/2020. Until today 9/3/2020 still haven't received my order. I contacted company customer service, it looks like they created shipping label, but there is no update in fedex. They told me wait they will find out. Customer service came back saying my order has no updated tracking information and they will invest. I told them cancel my order and refund me. They refused to do that just leave me hanging and waiting for their investigation with fedex.

I don't understand as a customer Which I did not receive the order, why can't they ship out another one or just refund. Don't buy from them. Very bad customer service.

They sent one of the products in my order not fully working. When I reported this upon receipt of the parcel, they requested videos from me and then for me to deal directly with the manufacturer, when that is their provider (therefore, their problem and responsibility to claim) and I am just the buyer receiving a faulty product, sold as new and working.
Although I expressed my disconformity with me having to go to a post office to send this faulty item back in full pandemic, it was the only solution offered by Currentbody, no option to pick up to save me another inconvenience. They also showed no more expertise than any blogger on the technical specifications and usage of the other item from this brand that I had bought.
I had to initiate a case with Paypal, since they were not responding effectively to my messages. They finally did when Paypal intervened, but Paypal is currently under numbers in agents and so the process is being long as they try to retrieve more information from the seller, even having all needed evidence from me. They confirmed receipt of the product, but asked me to cancel the case in Paypal to be able to refund me. I personally find taking advantage of the current limitations of Paypal to postpone the refund that I am due totally dishonest from the seller and after all this, I will certainly never buy with them again.
If you do, then please use credit card so that your bank can retrieve the payment in the first days if an issue should arise. I will ultimately do this if Paypal cannot speed it up at this point. I will personally not trust them again, nor would recommend doing business with them to anyone. I wish I had never trusted the other positive reviews!

Cancelled my order

These fools cancelled my order then stated my info didnt pass security checks wow but they supposedly ship across the world including u.s. and moments later asked me to pay with paypal so i can bypass the security checks well what do you known. A scamming bs company offering another shady bs company

I have to say that I wasn’t expecting…

I have to say that I wasn’t expecting to notice any improvement for about two months. I was astonished to actually see a difference after the first use for my face and noticed a difference on my neck after the second use. I am very pleased so far. I wish you would come out with LED hand mitts set of two, one for each hand at a reasonable price as I’d be interested. So far so good!!

So far so GOOD!

Quick, Easy & Fast Delivery. I’ve used my mask approx about 8-10 times now and I definitely feel my complexion is brighter. I use it in bed at night and feel it a great way to settle myself down for the night. Added bonus, my colleagues has asked me if changed my make, so I’m taking that as a plus!! Delighted so far..

They were very good

I read so many negative reviews about the returns process, bought a neck and dec led, loved it, but it made me feel weird and skin was irritated and hot. Most people benifit and are perfecrly fine, but for so e reason I was having a bad reaction to it. Im sensitive to alot of meds, creams etc so I should have known better. Needless to say when I e mailed I wanted to return it, they were very nice and on the ball. They also sent me all the return forms, label, etc. Though it is a bit of a hassle sending out of the country, expensive and lots of paperwork. Im going to give it as a gift, wont be ordering from out of the country again. But if you need to return an item you should not have a problem. I thought they were very good with me. Wendy

I don't recommend currentbody.com. I bought Wellbox 'S' Slimming, and after few months the cover of my Wellbox 'S' is cracked and this is very bad because a lot of dust will get in to it. This machine worth £900.00 and has a really weak clip on the top of the lead. I send email to them many times, but they didn't responding to me, but when they finally answered me they said this is my problem and guaranty not covered this but I have guaranty 2 year. Not recommend to buy here any machine because this is really very very bad quality and it isn't worth the money!

Too bad I did not read reviews before I made my order. Have not received. Do not BUY ANYTHING!

I placed my order on Dec. 11, today is Dec. 23. I checked my order status, they have not even shipped my order! They do not answer on the phone, email, and no chat available!
Not sure if I can dispute my international purchase. I was assuming I bought on US site.

My experience in Europe delivery

Well - I ordered my item 4th of January (it supposed to reach me up to 7 days Europe Standart delivery) but here we have 25th of January and it is still in transit. I do order a lot via internet, from all of the world (not only Europe) but it is my first such bad experience- however not all guilty stays at “current body” - it probably caused most by brexit, and that no one know how do deal with new rules I did placed the official complaint and the customer service gave me quick answers and stayed in contact- so I felt “not alone” in this situationEdit - finally I got my parcel - came packed well, the item I ordered working great. It was most long and worse time waiting to receive, but the current body staff came with great help. I am not afraid to order again from the “current body” - most because of great support Thank you CurrentBody

Prai Ageless throat and décolletage creme

First package arrived opened and empty. However, I had a good response from the company. I had to wait about 10 days to get a replacement due to waiting for new stock. Product is good, pleasant fragrance - I’m waiting to see the full effects but I think I’m noticing some improvements in skin texture. .
